Refund policy

Returns: 

We want you to love your Shine Canvas Collective kit. Because our kits include individually packaged rhinestones and materials, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

If your kits arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within  48 hours of delivery and we will gladly help make it right.

To start a return request, email us at shinecanvascollective@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

 

Refunds:

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Shipping Costs are non-refundable

Non-returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return:

-Opened DIY kits

-Completed Artwork of any kind

-Custom pieces
